All you  need is space to stand and lie down. A set of dumbells and a ball is recommended, however, your own body's resistance is plenty!

Fitness Consultation             60 minutes                                                       The Fitness Consultation is required for personal training sessions. In order for you to meet your goals, we must be on the same page. This consultation is designed to create an action plan so you can work as efficiently and effectively as possible. 

This fitness consultation includes:

Strength Training                          45 Minutes    
Strength training provides numerous benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you seek to begin a new program or upgrade your existing one, get professional guidence so you can meet your goals in the shortest time possible. All of your questions will be answered and sessions will ensure  you're working out accurately for your goals. 

Take it to the next step and continue your weekly in-home training for accountability and continual visible results. 

You will be provided with copies of your routines and your overall fitness program so that you can continue to pursue your goals each week. These sessions are tailored for a wide range of levels, from novice to expert fitness enthusiast.
