Private Mat Pilates               45 Minutes     
Referred to as the “power house” of the body, a strong and balanced core provides symmetry, strength and flexibility for daily activities. Using the Pilates method of total body conditioning you will work to lengthen and strengthen your core musculature, improve overall balance and gain complete muscular control. This session is done on your pilates or yoga mat. No equipment is necessary. Sessions offered in-home only.
