Asanas (Yogic stretching exercises), gentle twisting, energy work, aromatherapy and meditation will all be a part of your healing Thai Yoga session.
Thai Yoga awakens and balances the flow of healing energy within the body by opening areas which are blocked, bringing the person deeper into balance and harmony.
This system creates a powerful release of stress and tension, a re-balancing of the physical body and an increase in vitality and well-being. Thai Yoga deepens the connection between mind, body and spirit in both the giver and receiver.

Thai Yoga integrates the root teachings of traditional Thai (nuad boran), anatomy, Yoga therapy, holistic healing and spiritual practice for a complete, deep and transformational experience.
Thai Yoga draws on the energy of the acupuncture energy lines running through the body.
Addressing these lines and points makes it possible to treat a whole range of diseases and/or relieve pain.
Disturbances in the flow of energy result in an insufficient supply of Prana, (our vital life energy) which could, in turn, lead to illness.
Working on the energy lines can break the blocks, stimulate the free flow of Prana, and help to restore well-being and harmony in the mind body spirit connection.
Thai Yoga not only works with the physical body but also with the energy body. The kneading of muscles, which dominates in Western style massage, is absent from Thai Yoga: energy points and assisted stretching is incorporated instead.
Guided stretching is involved and many of the techniques and might well be described as 'applied Hatha Yoga' or 'applied physical Yoga'.
