All levels welcome to this flow style class that starts with fundamentals and advances your skill level. Learn philosophy and practical yoga in each class. The strength, stamina, and flexibility benefits will last a lifetime!

Yoga II *

Minnesota State University Moorhead, NZ 208 Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00-10:40am

Build powerful strength and endurance taking yoga to the next level. Participants must have already taken Yoga Level I. This is a flow style of power yoga combined with balance concentration and mindful living techniques. Be ready to take your practice to the next level. Prerequisite: Must have taken Yoga I at MSUM.

Summer Session Yoga I*

Power Yoga 

MSUM Wellness Center, Wednsday Evenings        7-8pm * No registration needed, open and free to all students & staff

Prior yoga experience recommended. This is a challenging flow style class that will explore deeper balance and strength through arm balance postures and fluid core strength.
